Ordering:
All standard product orders that are received by 1:00 pm MST normally ship the same day. Any orders received after 1:00 pm MST will be shipped the following business day. All customers with questions are encouraged to contact our customer service representatives.

Payment:
GLC Products.com accepts Net 30 Terms (OAC), we also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. GLC Products.com Credit Card orders Pre Authorize and generally do not charge your card until your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery:
GLC Products.com ships with FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. GLC Products.com online shipping calculations are estimate only. We reserve the right to notify you after the order have been placed of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. Larger orders usually ship via LTL Freight Carrier. Contact GLC Products.com or FedEx directly to get information about shipping schedules.

Returns:
Special Order items are NOT returnable NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shortage or Wrong Item received:
Please contact GLC Products.com customer service to correct. At GLC Products.com we strive to ship each order complete and without any mistakes, however, should a mistake be made by us, simply let us know and we will make the necessary corrections. Be aware that occasionally, items in your order may be shipped from multiple locations and so will likely arrive at different times. If return is due our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. We will not accept for return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Ordered in Error by Customer:
Please contact GLC Products.com customer service to set up a return. You will receive a completed RGA form please include in your return. Return shipping costs are not covered by GLC Products.com and GLC Products.com is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping.

Defective Product:
Please contact GLC Products.com customer service to set up a return. Defective items will only be exchanged for the same product or in-house credit. Items that are defective will be replaced at no additional charge. Defective product not returned back to GLC Products.com within 30 days from return authorization issuance will not receive any credit.

Freight Carrier Damaged:
Items shipped via package service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) that have been damaged, please call GLC Products.com customer service within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. GLC Products.com will not be held responsible for any claims made after 10 business days.

Items shipped via LTL Freight Carrier
1)It is very important that you check your Packages and or Items for damage BEFORE the driver leaves.
2)The damage MUST be noted on Bill of Lading upon signing for the item.
If damage is not noted upon delivery, we will not be able to receive a damage claim from the freight company for that damaged product. The customer in turn will not receive a refund or a replacement item.

Refunds:
Most items sold by GLC Products.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are being returned within 30 days of receipt need to be in resalable condition complete with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all stock returns. Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection. Returned products will be verified to be in new and resalable condition in its original packaging before a refund will be given. The refund will be applied to the same payment method used.
